1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing, browsing or using the Website, or by engaging Aurevian's services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Compliance & Disclosure. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.
2. About Aurevian
Aurevian Risk & Capital (“Aurevian”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is an insurance broker licensed by the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI), with its registered and corporate offices in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana. 3. Nature of our services
As a licensed insurance broker, Aurevian acts on behalf of you, the client / prospective policyholder, in soliciting, arranging and servicing insurance cover with insurers. We are an intermediary; we are not an insurer and do not underwrite risk or guarantee the acceptance of any proposal.
The contract of insurance is concluded between you and the insurer. The terms, conditions, exclusions, pricing, claim admissibility and settlement of any policy are determined by the insurer in accordance with the policy wording and applicable law.
4. Website content is not advice
Information on the Website is provided for general information only and does not constitute insurance, financial, legal or tax advice, nor an offer or solicitation to buy any specific product. Any personalised recommendation will be provided separately through our broking process, based on your specific requirements and disclosures.
5. Your obligations
- Provide true, accurate, complete and up-to-date information, and disclose all material facts relevant to the risk to be insured;
- Use the Website only for lawful purposes and not in any way that infringes the rights of others;
- Keep any account credentials confidential and secure.
Non-disclosure or misrepresentation of material facts may entitle an insurer to reject a claim or void the policy; Aurevian is not responsible for consequences arising from information you fail to disclose or misstate.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Website — including the Aurevian name, logo, brand marks, text, graphics, layouts and design — is owned by or licensed to Aurevian and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
7. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the jurisdiction of the IRDAI and the Insurance Ombudsman where applicable, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
